From 1980 until 1996, he held various top management positions with Nokia Corporation, including Regional Director for the Asia-Pacific region from 1986 to 1993, Managing Director for Nokia Southeast Asia Pte Ltd from 1989 to 1993, Senior Advisor for Nokia Asia-Pacific from 1993 to 1996, and Senior Vice-President, Corporate Communications, with overall responsibility for Nokia’s corporate image,PR and brand from 1980 to 1986.
Thomas Zilliacus is a board member of Asia’s largest pure-play VoIP carrier, MediaRing Ltd, and chairman of its remuneration committee. He is a senior advisor to several companies in the wireless space, such as NASDAQ-listed China Voice Corp and US-based Scanbuy Inc.
Thomas Zilliacus has since 1986, lived in Singapore. Since 1996, he divides his time between his offices and homes in Singapore and Finland.

Ludde Ingvall is a marketing consultant (B.Bus.Sc (Marketing)) and professional yachtsman. He has worked extensively and internationally with companies like Nokia, Sony, Ericsson, Mercedes-Benz, Canon, Volvo, Microsoft, Compaq, Swedish Telecom, Dell, Pharmacia, Skandia, Audi, Toyota etc. in promoting their products and enhancing their brands. Over 13 years as the skipper of the hugely successful maxi-yacht Nicorette (featured in the book “Superbrands“), he helped establish Nicorette as one of the most recognized global brands.
He also consults on leadership, teamwork and management. He has twice competed in the Whitbread Round the World Races (crew 1985/86 and skipper 1989/90) he has won the Fastnet Race twice, the Sydney to Hobart Race twice and is a two-time World Champion, a former holder of the Trans-Atlantic monohull record and has crossed the Atlantic 12 times under sail.
