The Gateway Agreement provides application and content providers with access to carriers and portals through gateway and billing agreements YuuZoo has negotiated and signed. In this agreement distributors and developers can either host their own applications or ask YuuZoo to host them. YuuZoo enables the content developer to launch the content using YuuZoo's revenue share and billing agreements with the carriers and portals. YuuZoo on behalf of the content developer provides all parties with usage data, bills the carrier, collects the money and pays the developer its share of the end-user revenue.

Full Service Hosting and Marketing Agreement - The Full Service Hosting Agreement integrates the applications into YuuZoo's platform and world class Content Management System (CMS). YuuZoo maintains and hosts the application, markets it to the more than 1.5 billion endusers we currently cover, provides the usage data, handles the billing and the collection, and pays the developers his share of the end-user revenue.
